    Honestly no reason to complain. Amazing base for 2 nights. Great location not far from both communal areas, and ruins, and private parking. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Safa and Marwa Hill. What a perfect staff! Great and fabulous food.

    central location, spacious family suite, good quality beef tagine

    No electricity on arrival, dimly lit hallways, high prices for basic drinks!!! The children's pool was not filled, and service was slow!!! Chaos at the front desk when checking in!!! Cleanliness could use serious improvement!!!

    Would be happy to recommend for an overnight stopping

    Spacious room, convenient amenities, including free wi-fi and an outdoor swimming pool, made our 2-night stay enjoyable and relaxing as we explored the city, conveniently located 100 km from the nearest airport.

    Our stay at Al Kasbah was overall enjoyable. The room and bathroom were clean, providing a comfortable space for us.     We really enjoyed the clean room and bathroom at this property. The accommodations were fantastic, just as shown in the property photos. If you're not looking for a hotel with a pool, this is a great place to stay. Highly recommended for families.

    We felt very relaxed during our stay and have no complaints.

    I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room wasnice and neat, with a good sized bed and a TV with plenty of channels. The location was peaceful and the staff were helpful and caring throughout my stay.

    Breakfast choices could be improved.

    A separate bedroom is great for extra privacy. the window view overlooks a terrace, which is a nice touch. the location is convenient, close to the ruins and common areas. Plus, being in the middle of the action makes it easy to navigate around 🏞️.
